Tackley Parish Council represents the interests of residents and works to maintain and improve life in the village. The Council manages green spaces, the playing field, the play ground , protects community assets, and supports projects that help Tackley remain a vibrant and welcoming place to live. The Council is responsible for: Looking after play areas, nature spaces, benches, and noticeboards. Arranging grass cutting and small-scale village maintenance. Commenting on planning applications within the parish. Managing the parish finances and setting the annual precept. Supporting local groups, events, and initiatives. Liaising with West Oxfordshire District Council and Oxfordshire County Council on local services, highways and environmental matters.
